Custom-Made Products
Most of our products are custom-designed and manufactured according to your specifications. Therefore, custom-made, personalized, or printed products cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun or the order has been delivered.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for products that have been successfully delivered and match the approved order specifications.
Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The order cannot be fulfilled due to reasons on our end.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
Replacement & Exchange Policy
We offer replacements or exchanges only under the following circumstances:
- The product is damaged upon delivery.
- You receive an incorrect product.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
As most products are custom-made, exchanges are not available for changes in design, color preference, size, spelling mistakes approved by the customer, or change of mind after production has started.
Replacement Request Timeline
Any replacement request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Requests received after this period may not be eligible for replacement.
Replacement Conditions
To qualify for a replacement:
- The product must remain unused and in its original condition where applicable.
- Clear photographs or videos showing the issue must be provided.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- Original packaging should be retained whenever possible.

Approval Process
Once we receive your request, our team will review the provided information. If your request is approved, we will guide you through the replacement process.
Shipping Charges
- If the replacement is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), Soukstore will bear the replacement shipping cost.
- In all other eligible cases, shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized signage and printed products
- Products approved by the customer before production
- Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or mishandling
- Clearance, sale, or discounted products (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Products returned without prior approval
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before production or shipping begins.
Once production has started or the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted because our products are manufactured specifically for each order.
